Romain et Pascal Henin "l'Etang de Nos Souvenirs" Extra Brut, Champagne, France

The Champagne "L'Étang de nos souvenirs" by Pascal Henin is a blend of 50% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir and 10% Meunier grapes.

Harvest base 2021 with a consistent vin de reserve by the Domaine to compensate the scare harvest of that year due to terrible weather.

The Cuvee Extra Brut (0 g/L) is marked by its finesse and elegance, offering a pure Champagne with pastry and red fruit aromas as well as a pinch of citrus to revive the tasting.

The label was realised by the French artist Arnaud Tartier.
