On the palate this wine expresses notes of crushed blackberry, cassis and slight notes of plum, wild strawberry associated with touches of redcurrant, wood, sweet spices, a subtle hint of liquorice / colas as well as slight hints of dark chocolate / vanilla, caramelization and a discreet hint of salinity (brings gourmandise and suavity).
