All Pinot Noir from a pure volcanic site, its fermented 100% whole cluster and is the one wine in the lineup that sees some new wood (35%) with an extremely light toast. Noble reduction and wild red fruit, a special reflection of the varietal.

From plots of basalt and blue marl, the grapes see about 2 weeks wholebunch maceration in stainless steel. It’s then aged for 9 months in a mix of old 228lt barrels, and new 500lt ones. This has some of that classic Pinot spice and vegetal notes, with soft tannins and some light fruit. This has great potential to age.
