The cuvée we adore from Charles Dufour is free-spirited and sincere, blending the vibrancy of the 2022 vintage with the depth of a perpetual reserve begun in 1982. The nose oscillates between ripe apple, candied lemon, and a hint of chalk. The bubbles are fine, the attack lively, carried by a beautiful saline structure and an elegant bitterness. A refined aperitif wine, or the ideal companion to ceviche or aged Comté cheese.
