The *nephew of Emmanuel Brochet, Gaspard Brochet* launched his first wine in 2020 and quickly gained recognition among Champagne enthusiasts. His wines, produced from vineyards in Ecueil and Villers-Aux-Nœuds, are known for their complexity, texture, and character, thanks to his practice of harvesting fully ripe grapes.

Initially a graphic designer, Gaspard returned to his family's wine business in 2013, started his own label in 2017, and took over the 3.18-hectare estate in 2019. By 2022, all wines bore his name, and from 2024, they will also feature the historic Domaine les Croix label. His vineyards are managed without fertilizers or herbicides, and his winemaking methods are minimalistic, reflecting traditional Champagne practices.
