  • EYE:  A deep, bright golden color with amber highlights. The fine, persistent bubbles rise elegantly in the glass.
  • NOSE:  A remarkable aromatic complexity is revealed. Intense aromas of ripe red fruits, such as cherry, as well as a touch of plum, mingle with spicy notes of black pepper and liquorice. There are nuances of toast, nuts and dark chocolate, resulting from prolonged aging on lees.
  • PALATE:  A velvety texture that delicately caresses the palate. The rich fruit flavors unfold with intensity, offering remarkable depth and complexity. Notes of cocoa, coffee and liquorice add gourmand and spicy nuances. A beautiful acidity brings freshness and balance, while the structure is elegant and harmonious.
