The 2012 Vosne-Romanee 1er Cru Les Malconsorts is much more expressive and captivating on the nose compared to the other three premier crus, adorned with gorgeous briary, wild hedgerow, raspberry, blackberry and mineral scents. The palate is medium-bodied with a sophisticated, refined entry that gradually builds in the mouth towards a sensual and suave, velvety smooth finish that lingers. Wonderful. (NM)  (12/2013)
