Genevrieres is a Premier Cru-rated climat of the Meursault appellation in the Cote de Beaune. It is planted entirely to Chardonnay and is one of Meursault's larger and better-known vineyard sites, located at the southern end of the commune. Genevrieres Premier Cru wine tasting notes commonly cite hints of butter, almonds and grilled hazelnuts alongside the finer citrus-fruit and mineral elements.
