Domaine Jean-Marc Pillot Les Caillerets Chassagne-Montrachet Premier Cru, France 2011 讓-馬克·皮洛酒莊凱樂瑞園（夏山-蒙哈榭一級園）白葡萄酒 2011

Jean Marc Pillot was a good winemaker representative of Les Caillerets, and this was how a traditional Chassagne Montrachet tasted. Loads of minerality on the nose. Body was a bit stony and mineral, it was forward and ripe, again they use very minimal or no oak in their wines unlike most Puligny Montrachet counterparts, thus there’s no overly buttery taste. Amongst the four Chassagne Montrachet (PYCM Grand Montagne 2015, Paul Pillot La Romanee 2011, Paul Pillot La Romanee 2015) I tasted this afternoon, this was my least favorite.
