An interestingly named estate, the Bodegas 1 + 1 = 3's sparkling non-vintage Cava Brut is a blend of 50% Xarel-lo, 26% Macabeu, and 24% Parellada (1,000 cases for the American marketplace). It was aged in bottle 16 months before disgorging. Loaded with fruit, it exhibits a lovely, frothy, crisp, wheat thin and tropical fruit-scented perfume.
