This signature “La Chapelle” Pinot Gris comes from a beautiful plot below La Chapelle Saint Sébastien de Dambach la Ville. A granite soil which allows the finesse of this exceptional terroir to be expressed.

Organic Viticulture consists of strengthening the natural resistance of plants, supporting the cycles natural and reactivate soil life. In particular, it prohibits the use of any synthetic phytopharmaceutical molecule.
WINEMAKING
- Gentle pressing thanks to a pneumatic press
- Controlled fermentation between 16° and 18°
- Malolactic fermentation
- Aging in Burgundy barrels for 12 months
