In a clean and brilliant garnet red, Pavillon de Léoville Poyferré is structured, supple and silky. Elegant aromas of blackberry and blackcurrant emerge, lining the palate with very harmonious melted nuances. The finish is fresh and persistent, with a long streak of spices.

Harvest, vinification and aging: Manual harvest in crates and sorting of the harvest in the cellar 2 sorting tables before and after destemming. Vinification in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats. Aging in barrels of 2 wines, for 18 months.
