This champagne is adorned with a beautiful golden color, bubbles are slow and with an extreme finesse. A smell of dried fruit fragrance (dry grapefuits), candied orange, wildflowers honey aromas and freshness of lime are very pleasant to smell. After a few minutes of rest, we also find roasted hazelnuts and plum jam baked copper cauldron notes. The palate is lively and explosive, a savage freshness you invaded the puck while power and finesse that characterizes this beautiful champagne.
