Domaine Jean-Claude Bachelet et Fils Les Macherelles Chassagne-Montrachet Premier Cru, France 2020 巴士雷父子酒莊麥克勒斯（夏山-蒙哈榭一級園）白葡萄酒 2020

This Chassagne Montrachet 1er Cru les Macherelles is concentrated and complex. The nose offers aromas of elderflower, white grape, bitter orange peel punctuated with spicy and menthol notes. The palate is full of minerality and roundness. Purity and freshness dominate, making this wine a jewel. 

Terroir : clay-limestone soils exposed East-South-East. Planting years: 1929, 1963, 1975, 1982. A long, rigorous and meticulous work was carried out. The principles of biodynamics as well as soil maintenance, solely by plowing, contribute to the expression of the unique character of this terroir.

Vinification : as respectful as possible with a minimum of intervention. Aged for 18 months in French oak barrels on fine lees. The two winters in the cellar provide finesse, balance and the structure necessary for a wine to age.

Food/wine pairing : veal saltimbocca, epoisses, grilled fish.
