1. Payment Terms

1.1. To provide secure online commerce transactions, we employ Internet’s Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. It encrypts your personal information, including credit card number, name and address, so that it would not be read as the information travels over the Internet. To check SSL Certificate information, you can right click the mouse and choose “Properties” & “Certificates”.

1.2. We accept payments through Stripe. When you place an order, you authorize Stripe to debit the credit card you specify on your order for the amount of the order at the time of transaction.

1.3. Payment can also be made in the form of a cheque made payable to “LES VINS DE JADE LIMITED”, or by bank transfer to the following account: BANK OF CHINA (HONG KONG), Account number: 012-709-2-012214-7

1.4. Orders cannot be cancelled after payment was proceeded. All product prices listed on our eShop are in Hong Kong dollars, and Hong Kong Dollar (HKD) is the only recognized currency accepted for payment.

1.5. With the commencement of the Full Implementation of the Plastic Shopping Bag Charging by the Government from 1 April 2015, HK$1 for every plastic bag will be charged.

2. Exchange and refund

2.1 Subject to 2.2. below, you are entitled to exchange products which are found to be damaged or not in good condition upon delivery. In such case, you can contact our customer service department to make arrangement for exchange within 7 days of receipt. Otherwise under normal circumstances, we would not accept any request for exchange of products or cancellation of orders.


2.2. Wine or champagne above HK$750 per bottle or over 10 years old shall not be refunded in any event.


2.3. If we agree you are entitled to an exchange but the products to be exchanged are sold out, you may return such product to us and apply the amount paid to buy alternative product(s).


2.4. Original sales receipt or relevant electronic receipt must be produced to us for the request of a product exchange.


2.5. All gift items must be returned together with the returned products. Otherwise the retail value of the gift item would be deducted from the refund.
